4th Of July Decorations: Red White and Blue Garland
Martha Stewart’s craft of the day today is a Red White and Blue Garland, made from red white and blue paper stars.
It looks like it would be great for a patriotic 4th of July celebration, or even to decorate your house for all the summer holidays. The 3D paper stars would compliment it nicely as a table centerpiece.
