Just in Time for Your Super Bowl Party: 4 Margarita Recipes!
Though beer is a Super Bowl party staple, nothing says party like a large batch of frozen-blended goodness. There are Margaritas for every occasion and the Super Bowl is no different. Here are some fun recipes to try out on Super Bowl Sunday.
The Cranberry Margarita
1 1/2 oz. tequila
3/4 oz. triple sec
3/4 oz lemon juice
2 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
Half a dozen ice cubes
Shake or blend and serve.
Watermelon Margarita
1-½ oz. tequila
¾ oz. triple sec
¾ oz. Midori Liqueur
2 oz. sour mix
6 oz. watermelon
Half a dozen ice cubes.
Blend and serve.
Jimmy Buffet’s Perfect Margarita
Crushed ice
3 lime wedges
2 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce tequila
1 1/4 ounces Lime Juice
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 splash orange Curaçao
Shake and serve. Garnish with one lime wedge.
Chocolate Margarita
1 1/2 oz tequila
1 oz chocolate liqueur
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
3/4 oz cream or half and half
2 oz orange juice
Ice
Shake and serve.
