Supernanny Rules 3 Doors Down
We’re talking about all our blog neighbors this month here at the Lifestyles network. Last week Deb told you about Tangled Thread, a couple weeks ago I took a look at Stamping Mad. This week I’m going to introduce you to Supernanny Rules, otherwise known as Guerilla Parenting.
There are two great bloggers at Guerilla Parenting, Gayla McCord and Kadi Prescott.
I have a nine year old so I’m always visiting for parenting insight.
Kadi has first hand experience with Supernanny, her family was the subject of an episode not too long ago. She’s the mom of 7, so she definitely has some experience in the parenting area.
Gayla has four teens at home, so I take interest in what she has to say, since I’m sure I’ll be facing the same issues in a few years with my own son. We’ve already had battles over when he can have a cell phone. He thinks now, I think later, much later.
Here are some of my favorite posts from Guerilla Parenting:
Summertime and the Living’s Easy has some great advice on how to keep your children on the learning path, even during summer break.
They even talk about parties, if you want to call a Purity Ball a party. There’s some interesting conversation regarding this subject. I’ve never heard of them, if you have, join the conversation.
I’m not looking forward to teenage drama at my house, but I’m sure it’ll be here when I blink my eyes.
They have some lively discussions over there on the subject of parenting, so go check Guerilla Parenting out and join the conversation (they won’t bite I promise).
